Curated, not aggregated
Every listing passes an AI curator that checks for a real AI-fluency requirement. "AI tools as a plus" is not enough. We only accept jobs where the role is genuinely different because AI is part of the work.
Cross-functional by design
The fastest-growing slice of AI-required work is outside engineering. We're built for that population first: marketers, designers, PMs, ops, and operators whose day-to-day shifted as AI tooling became table stakes.
MCP-native
