Quanta is a 12-person design studio that ships at the pace of a 50-person team because we lean hard on AI tooling. We need a brand designer who treats Claude, Midjourney, and Cursor as real tools — not gimmicks.
You will:
- Run brand projects from kickoff to delivery
- Use AI to compress research, ideation, and asset production
- Train the rest of the studio on workflows you discover
Requirements:
- 4+ years brand/identity design portfolio
- Daily user of at least one AI design tool (v0, Midjourney, Figma AI, etc.)
- Strong taste — AI assists, doesn't decide
Design studio scaling output 5x with AI tooling.
